The Philosophy of Powershell

People with an interest in programming have a tendency to jump into a language just cause. And don't think about what is appropriate for that language. I think all languages should have a short one paragraph description of what their good for. That being said powershell is an administrators language. It's more for installing on an admins machine to tickle the WMI hooks in all the other machines on the network. In other words remote administration. Which makes it perfect for mischief.
