You can keep up with everything I do by using friendfeed, it's an rss service that let's you combine all your rssable web 2.0 goodies together. The feed is http://friendfeed.com/bsdpunk?format=atom. So to install it on your igoogle just follow these instructions.
Click on add stuff.
Search for Google Reader.
Click add it now.
Go back to your iGoogle page.
Click on sign up for google reader in your new google reader gadget.
Click add Subscription.
Paste in http://friendfeed.com/bsdpunk?format=atom
You now own my life.
You can also do this via juice(a stand alone rss reader) or your favorite rss reader.
